Terms of Use

1. Operating Entity

Nemesis Gaming Development is a product operated by Nemesis Labs LLC, a limited liability company. All services, products, and transactions are provided by Nemesis Labs LLC. References to "NGD", "we", "us", or "our" in these terms refer to Nemesis Labs LLC.

2. Overview

By purchasing or downloading any product from Nemesis Gaming Development, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use our store or products.

3. License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product on one (1) FiveM server. You may not redistribute, resell, share, or sublicense any product in whole or in part. Modifying a script for personal server use is permitted; redistributing modified versions is not.

4. Payments & Refunds

All transactions are processed through Tebex. Prices are listed in the currency shown on the store and include any applicable fees. Due to the digital and instantly-delivered nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law.

5. Product Updates

Purchases include access to future updates for the purchased product at no additional cost. We reserve the right to discontinue updates for any product at any time. Discontinued products will remain functional in their last released version.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Share, leak, or redistribute purchased products
• Claim ownership of any NGD product or code
• Use our products for any illegal purpose
• Reverse-engineer escrow-protected code
• Charge-back or dispute legitimate purchases

Violation of these terms may result in revocation of your license without refund.

7. Support

Support is provided through our Discord server. We aim to resolve issues promptly but do not guarantee response times. Support covers bugs and installation help — it does not cover custom modifications, server configuration, or third-party compatibility issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

NGD products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to server downtime, data loss, or incompatibility with third-party resources.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
